Koh Pangan is an island located at the eastern gulf of Thailand. It is an island well known for its night parties and coconut trees. The climate in Koh Pangan is the same as the other resorts and beaches in Thailand. They all have tropical climates thus making the months of November to April the best time to visit it.

The most popular tourists’ attraction in Koh Pangan is the Haad rin or Hat rin. This is the site for the famous full moon parties where everyone gets crazy and drunk while basking and enjoying the bright light of the full moon. The party starts at night where the moon is bright and ends when everybody wants to end it, mostly the party never stops; this is a great place for party animals to enjoy non stop party plus great view under the clear moonlight.
Aside from this, there are other tourist’s spots that should not be left unvisited. The haadson and bankai are beaches that are also popular to locals and some tourists. The volcanic peninsula is also popular for its unique environment; the volcanic peninsula is called the Sri Thanu. There is also the hidden paradise where people who wants privacy can enjoy, the Thong lang Bay where the area and the beach in most likely undiscovered and cultured yet. The Haad Mae Haad is the natural marine park in Thailand where tourists can also enjoy swimming and snorkeling.

Getting To & Around Koh Pha Ngan
To go to Koh Pangan you can venture out Thailand and head straight to Koh Pangan via bus, boat and train. Ride a train from the city and go straight to Chumpon and there you will ride a boat and then a bus to go to the beach. It is better to get combined tickets of the three to save time and have a quick travel time.
